  1. 2026.3.3 - Smarter Settings, Better Guidance, and More Ways to Work

    New Feature
    Announcement
    2026.3.3

This latest release brings a mix of usability improvements, smarter guidance, and new tools to help your team move faster across Premio. From a refreshed Settings area and better catalogue previews to a new Supplier Portal, Sidekick improvements, and a Help Portal designed to guide users in context, this update is all about making Premio easier to use day to day.

    🏪 Supplier Portal Launched

We have introduced a new Supplier customer type that lives entirely within Premio, so there is no need to create these accounts in your ERP. Suppliers can now have access to a dedicated frontend store view where they can browse products, images, stock levels, and search product ranges that you've assigned.

As this is a separate storefront, there is no risk of other product ranges appearing to them and no pricing is displayed either.

    ⚙️ Premio Settings Facelift

As Premio continues to grow, so does the number of customisable options available to you. From order email recipients and customer groupings to delivery fee configuration, the Settings area is now easier to navigate with a new search function and clearer categorisation to help you find what you need faster.

    📘 Catalogue Product Details Preview

We have added a handy preview mode to the Product Details page in Catalogue Builder. This makes it easier to see exactly how your product content will appear in a generated catalogue, giving you more confidence that everything will display as expected before it goes live.

Try it out for yourself by looking on any product details page in the CMS.

    🤖 Premio Sidekick Update

Premio Sidekick has been updated with a new, cleaner, interface to make it easier to know what to ask and where to start. New prompt designs help users get going faster, with grouped suggestions for Customers, Products, and Orders.

As Sidekick who to call next, help build a report for your next meeting and even find your 'At Risk' customers.

📖 Premio Help Portal is Now Live

Help is now available from a single source of truth through the new Premio Help Portal. It is designed to understand where you are in the platform and what you are trying to do, then tailor the guidance to suit your task.

    📊 Dashboard Updates

The CMS dashboard has also had a useful update, with a new Sidekick card to help drive sales activity. You can now see your At Risk customers (i.e. who should have ordered but hasn't),

  2. Premio 2026.3.2 - Email Activity Insights and Homepage Carousel Control

    New Feature
    Improvement
    Premio.2026.3.2

This is a quick release focused on two useful updates: better visibility into email activity within Premio Insights, and more control for customers over the products shown in the Homepage Product Carousel.

📧 New Premio Insight: Email Activity Card

The new Email Activity card makes it easy to verify that emails were sent to your customers and to review the content of those emails directly within Premio. It gives you a simple way to confirm what was sent, so there is no need to second guess.

For added security, emails are stored securely and encrypted, and are only available for 7 days.

    🛍️ Homepage Product Carousel Update

Customers can now let Premio know when they are no longer interested in products suggested in the Homepage Product Carousel. This gives users more control over the products they see and helps make the carousel feel more relevant.

The carousel remains a configurable module that can be turned on or off, and you can also choose whether to enable this new option for your users within the module settings.

If either of these features are of interest to your workflow, let us know and we can guide you through the set up and how each feature works.

  3. Premio 2026.3.1 - Smarter Tools, Better Visibility, and More Control

    Premio2026.3.1

This latest release brings a mix of practical improvements designed to make Premio easier to manage, easier to use, and more flexible for your team.

From quicker user setup and improved catalogue tools to better pricing insight, warehouse control, and reporting flexibility, this update is all about saving time and giving you more visibility where it matters most.

🧰 Add Sales Reps and Admin Staff Without Using Your ERP

You can now use the new Premio User option within the Customer CMS to add Sales Reps or Admin staff without needing to create those accounts in your ERP platform first. This makes it much quicker to get new users set up and working in Premio in just a few seconds.

    📘 Catalogue Builder Improvements

We have enhanced Catalogue Builder so that you and your sales reps can now generate Shared Lists automatically through the CMS from a catalogue.

This has been one of our most requested catalogue features, and we are excited to make it available as part of this release.

    💷 Price Explainer Insight Updates

Price Explainer Insight has also been updated, making it easier to see all of the products and prices that a customer will see.

You can still drill into individual product pricing as before, giving you a clearer understanding of why a particular price is being displayed.

🏭 Warehouse CMS and Carriage Fees

The Warehouse CMS now displays the default warehouse more clearly, helping with day-to-day administration via the Settings screen.

We have also introduced a dedicated Warehouse Carriage Fee module, so if you need to send different products from multiple warehouses and apply different carriage fees to each one, you can now do that.

    📅 Preferred Order Delivery Date

There is now a new module that Sales Reps can use to set the Preferred Delivery date for an order. Place the order today, add a date so the warehouse team knows when to ship it.

    Improved Chart Accessibility

Our charts have been updated to improve accessibility for colour-blind users. We already support accessibility features such as screen readers within Premio, and this latest change takes that even further.

    📊 Premio Insights Flexibility

Premio Insights has been updated so you can now re-order the insight cards in whatever order you prefer. We have also updated the Sales Rep Overview screen so that sales reps can be displayed in the order you want.

  4. Premio 2026.2.2 - Premio Suite Arrives for Sales Teams

    New Feature
    Improvement
    Premio.2026.2.2

This release marks a big step forward for Premio users, with the rollout of Premio Suite for sales representatives alongside a set of practical platform enhancements.

From quicker catalogue creation and better insights, to warehouse-aware pricing and smarter product management, this update is all about helping your team work faster and make better use of the data already available within Premio.

🧰 Premio Suite for Sales Reps

Premio Suite brings together several tools designed to help your sales team work more efficiently and get more value from the data already in Premio.

    • 📘 Catalogue Builder: Previously available only to Premio administrators, Catalogue Builder is now available to your sales representatives. This makes it easier than ever for reps to quickly create professional, customer-ready catalogues tailored to specific customers, product ranges, or sales opportunities.
    • 📊 Premio Insights: Premio Insights gives your team greater visibility into customer activity, search behaviour, product interest, and sales trends. It is designed to support better sales conversations, improve follow-up, and give your team the information they need to make more informed decisions.
    • 🤖 Premio AI Sidekick: Premio AI Sidekick is an AI-powered assistant that lets users ask questions in plain English and retrieve information from their Premio database more easily. It is designed to help users find answers faster and reduce the time spent digging through data.
    • Note: These features have been enabled by default for your sales reps. If you would prefer any of them to be disabled, just get in touch and we can adjust your configuration.

    🏭 Warehouse Management Enhancements

We have added more flexibility to warehouse handling within the CMS.

    • 📦 Customer and Product Warehouse Assignment: Warehouse details can now be assigned to customers and/or products within the CMS. This gives you more control when managing stock availability and fulfilment requirements.
    • 🚚 Warehouse-Based Carriage Fees: Carriage charges can now be configured based on warehouse settings, allowing for more accurate delivery costing and a better fit for businesses working across multiple stock locations.

    🏷️ Enhanced Product Tagging

Tagging has been improved to support both product inclusion and product exclusion rules. This makes it easier to control product visibility and manage merchandising logic more precisely across your store.

🧩 Product Grouping on Category and Search Pages

Products can now be grouped together into a single product card on category and search results pages.

Built on your existing refinement data, this means products can be grouped by size, colour, or any other refinement attribute, helping create a cleaner browsing experience for customers and making related products easier to explore.

As is always the way, if you would like a walkthrough of any of these new features, just get in touch.

  5. Premio 2026.2.1

    New Feature
    PremioRelease.2026.2.1

This latest release brings a mix of practical improvements designed to make Premio easier to use, more secure, and more flexible for your teams and customers.

From better account management and enhanced security to improved homepage controls and self-service pricing downloads, these updates are all about saving time and giving you even more control across the platform.

    👥 Linked Accounts

Head office customers can now manage their own regional sites more easily, without needing to log in and out of multiple accounts. It is a simple improvement that saves time and makes account management much smoother for your customers.

    📄 Download Price Plan Module

A new module is now available that allows specific customers — or all customers, if you prefer — to download a list of their products and pricing information. This is a great way to reduce support queries by putting the information directly into your customers’ hands.

    🔐 Added Security with 2FA

We have added a new layer of security for both you and your customers with two-factor authentication. You can now enable 2FA using either email verification or an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy. The setup process is seamless, with users guided through onboarding the first time they sign in.

🏷️ Previously Purchased Badges for Customers

Customers can now see the previously purchased date for each product as they browse the store, just like Sales Reps already could. It is a small UX improvement, but one that should make repeat ordering much easier for regular users.

    🏠 New Homepage Customisation Option

You now have more control over the products shown on the homepage. By default, the store displays the customer’s top-selling items, but this can now be changed to show the most frequently purchased products instead.

If you are interested in seeing this new homepage option in action, just get in touch and we will be happy to show you.

  6. Premio 2026.1.2 is now live

    New Feature
    Improvement
    Premio.2026.1.2

This release focuses on polish and performance: smarter admin tables, clearer search UI language, a new partner integration for vets, and smoother Insights navigation. Quick, useful changes that save time and reduce friction across the admin and storefront.

    👥 Admin tables got smarter

No more losing your place. Admin lists now remember your applied filters, sort order and page position as you move in and out of tables—so when you return you pick up exactly where you left off. Small change, big time saved for power users.

    🔍 Search UI improvements

We’ve clarified the language in the Search admin so it’s obvious when you’re applying overrides vs. using default behaviour.

You don’t need to add Search Terms for search to work — but you can add overrides when you want custom behaviour for specific terms.

💷 Manage Price Plans with Premio

You can now control how price plans interact with each other using two new modes:

Exclusive — only this price plan will be used for the customer. When an Exclusive plan is active, Premio will not combine pricing from other plans for that customer.

Priority — treat this price plan as the primary source of product prices: Premio will take prices only from this plan and ignore product pricing from all other plans.

You can find this feature within your Customer Details page in the admin tools. If you would like a demo of either of these modes, just let us know.

    Premio Insights — performance improvements

Insight screens will now load faster and navigation is noticeably smoother. Move between dashboards and reports with less wait time, so your team can act on data faster.

    🌍 Country-specific sitewide banners

Display tailored messages by market: set different sitewide banner text per country so your promos, notices, or legal messaging can be targeted exactly where they belong.

  7. Premio 2026.1.1 - Sales Rep Insights plus a lot more

    New Feature
    Improvement
    Premio.2026.1.1

Sales Rep Insights lands alongside a handful of admin and integration improvements to help your team spot performance, clean up data, and keep ERP syncs rock-solid.

👥 Sales Rep Insights — performance at a glance

See how your reps compare year-over-year, who their top customers are, and which brands they’re selling most. Powerful filters let you view performance by timeframe, by customer, or by brand so managers can spot winners, coach underperformers, and reward top performers faster.

🗃️ Archive old data with confidence

You can now archive customers and products inside Premio, regardless of ERP status. Hide legacy accounts and retired SKUs from CMS lists and product pickers without touching the ERP — tidy up your storefront and admin screens in seconds.

    🛑 Clearer product messaging

Products missing a category or price plan will now show clear notices on the product page so it’s obvious why they’re not appearing on the storefront. Less guesswork for support and merchandising teams.

    👤 Find a Customer — fine-grained overrides

If you use the “sales reps only see their customers” setting, you can now override that per rep. Toggle a single option on the Sales Rep’s Customer Details page to let key reps view all customers when they need to.

🔁 Premio Exchange — Sage rollouts

We’ve been busy rolling out Premio Exchange to more Sage customers:

Now live and stabilised for Sage 200 customers — faster updates, stronger error handling, and automatic “self-healing” resyncs after ERP downtime. No data lost; no manual intervention required.

Completed our first install for Sage 50 and are ready to onboard more Sage 50 users with the same full-feature experience.

    🔮 What’s Next

We’re not stopping - We have more detailed Orders Insights and Product Insights launching later in the year.

  8. Premio 2025.4.1 - Now That's What I Call Insights!

    CleanShot 2025-11-22 at 15.08.02@2x

This is our biggest release of the year. We're delighted to announce that Premio Insights is now being rolled out. Not every metric is fully complete, but we've decided to release what we have so you can start using fresh, actionable metrics sooner rather than later.

Below is what’s available now and why it matters.

    🔍 Search Insights

Understand how customers discover your products and whether searches turn into sales.

    • See which search terms (titles, product codes, partial words) customers use most.
    • Track conversion from search → add-to-basket → checkout.
    • Identify gaps where customers aren’t finding what they want so you can improve titles, tags or even merchandising.

    👥 Customer Insights

Know how individual customers and segments are using Premio.

Measure feature adoption. Are your customers using Fast Entry, Quick Re-order, Quote Builder, etc.

Compare customers on behaviour and value (who uses quick re-order vs who doesn’t). Do you notice more sales from those that do?

See traffic sources for product pages. Do customers find your products by search, the main menu or direct linking/bookmarking product pages?

    🧭 User Journey Insights

Customer support is crucial for a smooth process. To help with this, we've built the ability to see how users are interacting with the store, what items they added to the basket, what they removed, how many items they updated in the basket and when they checked out.

We've opened this up to you now too. No more second guessing based on the feedback you receive from a customer, now you can verify it with User Journey Insights.

    🧺 Live Basket Insights

A live view of what’s in customer baskets across your store — ideal for operations and sales.

Real-time inventory flags: see which basket items are out of stock.

Quick view for reps/warehouse to suggest alternatives or fast-fulfilment options.

Perfect for planning upcoming pick/pack cycles and proactive customer outreach.

    📦 Back Order & Pre-order Insights

Spot and act on demand for items not currently available.

Filter by product, customer, or time to find who has items on back order. See which customers should be notified when stock becomes available.

    🔮 What’s Next

We’re not stopping - Sales Orders Insights and Product Insights are next, arriving in 2026. Expect deeper metrics to help you spot sales trends, missed opportunities, and product performance at a glance.

Want an early look or a walkthrough, any of the new Insights? Drop us a message and we’ll give you a guided tour.

    Improvement

    PremioRelease2025.3.3

Our latest release is out in the wild and brings a handful of neat improvements to menu customisations, order processing, and payments — all designed to give your team and customers a smoother experience.

    🗂️ Menu Upgrades

You asked — we listened. Menu behaviour now supports visibility rules based on a user’s logged-in status:

✅ Setup menu links to link to any web address. It can be on your website or somewhere else on the internet.

✅ See All Products - The All Categories menu item has been improved so customers and sales reps can view every product (regardless of category) — perfect for window shoppers and browsing reps.

    💷 RRP Pricing by Country

More control over what customers see: you can now show or hide RRP by country.

Example: display RRP in Ireland, but hide it for UK visitors

🧾 Find A Customer — Sales Rep Filtering

Find A Customer can now be tailored so sales reps only see the customers assigned to them. Previously, we showed all customers—this gives you the option to tighten visibility for reps if needed.

✳️ List Quotes — Extra Comments

Quotes from Lists now support additional comments that will appear at the end of the quote PDF. Great for adding delivery notes, special terms, or reps’ personal messages.

    💳 Stripe Payment Updates

Global SEO settings: meta tags, social descriptions and default share images for major social platforms.

Works great with Premio Guest Shopper / Guest Checkout: improves indexing and visibility for publicly accessible products.

You'll find these options either under Settings (scroll slightly down the page) or within the product details in the admin CMS.

These changes make it easier for customers — and search engines — to discover the products you want in front of buyers.

    Search Improvements

Search is faster and more reliable thanks to a few under-the-hood updates:

    • Performance improvements to make results and autocomplete snappier.
    • Fixed a bug affecting Search History so it works consistently for all users.
