Kicking Off the latest quarter with Premio’s newest release!

We’ve packed this update with highly requested features, smarter search, and performance boosts across your store. Let’s dive in:

👥 Sub Accounts (Parent/Child Accounts)

Your most-requested feature is here! Sub Accounts let your customers:

  • Self-service user management: Create, update, and delete child accounts—no need to log tickets or update data in your ERP.
  • Pricing control: Show or hide pricing per sub account (if pricing is active for the main customer).
  • Order workflows: Decide whether sub account orders go straight to you or await main-account approval.

Behind the scenes, Premio automatically rolls all sub account orders up to the main account when sending data to your ERP—so you get clean, consolidated order feeds without any extra admin work.

Sub Accounts are off by default, giving you total control over who can use them and when to switch them on.

🔍 Search Improvements

We’ve fine-tuned search to deliver faster, more relevant results:

  • Optimized storage of customizations & rules for quicker query execution - in English, we've made it quicker for day to day use!
  • Enhanced Search Insights: Display more results per page and filter by “autocomplete only” or “direct searches”

📝 Quote Builder Enhancements

Quote Builder has always been a favourite - now it’s even more flexible:

  • Choose your base pricing: Sales Reps can start quotes using either RRP or the customer’s standard pricing.
  • Row-level reference numbers: Assign a unique reference per line item so everyone can easily call out products without quoting long codes or names.

These updates make building tailored quotes faster and more accurate.

📦 My Orders: Lightning-Fast Image Downloads

Did you know customers can download all product images tied to their orders? Previously, large orders could take minutes to download all product images; now, we’ve slashed that to seconds. Just click Download Assets—and you’re off!
